Wallboard Sections
We supply aluminium wallboard profiles in a variety of different styles and sizes. A wallboard section is a type of trim, run or corner used for joining or edging wallboards and sheets. This is particularly useful in office partitions, temporary walls, display stands, libraries, galleries and outdoor panels.
Found in our aluminium mouldings, the wall board section has two different roles. One is designed to fit and hold two wallboards on what is called a 'continual run'. The continual run section looks more like an aluminium tee section or I section.
Whereas the other style is called an 'end stop,' and looks more like our aluminium channels. It aids as corner protectors and offers a professional finish to the edge of a wall board or stand. Often supporting and holding the wall board in its fixed position.
Our aluminium wallboard profiles in aluminium alloy 6063 T4, this material is ideal for architectural applications. It's a medium strength aluminium with high corrosion resistance.
In addition to aluminium wallboard section, we supply similar shaped extrusions such as aluminium channels, aluminium angles and aluminium tee section.
