Delivery Information
We have scaled the market for the most efficient shipping services available to deliver your metal on time and in perfect condition. In addition to both this fast and reliable delivery method, we also offer FREE Delivery across most of the UK Mainland on our products, when the total goods value equals £110 or more, exclusive of VAT*.
The below delivery costs apply to most UK mainland postcodes. We factor in both length and weight into our calculations. For any areas outside of the UK mainland, additional charges will apply. These will be calculated during the checkout process, based on your postcode.

**Free Services exclude Devon, Cornwall, Dyfed, Powys, Scotland and most offshore areas. Deliveries requiring a pallet are also excluded.
We do not offer Free delivery to all areas. To check if your order qualifies for free shipping, simply enter your postcode at checkout and see your unique shipping price. All locations that do not meet this criteria will benefit from our best shipping rates into your area. If you have any questions around delivery, please give a member of our friendly sales team a call.
Please be aware that we will charge a second delivery fee plus a £6 (+ Vat) failed delivery charge for a delivery that has failed due to the wrong address details being provided.
Orders containing full size sheet are not covered by the free delivery promise and are subject to a delivery charge in the same way orders under £110 would be.
We reserve the right to charge a delivery surcharge on orders that are particularly heavy, long or being delivered to a non-mainland UK address. These are usually items which require a pallet delivery. We will contact you prior to the order being dispatched if any additional surcharges need to be paid at which point you will have the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order.
We may also charge an additional fee (minimum £10) if the given address is not accurate.
When can I expect my goods?
Currently goods will be dispatched 1-3 working days after the order has been placed. There may be a delay if there is a large amount of cutting required or if we are waiting for a stock delivery. If you need your goods in a hurry, please get in touch before placing the order to confirm estimated delivery dates. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver in a timely manner, we will email you to let you know.
We have added a delivery estimate feature to each product to provide you a visual estimate on the processing and delivery time for each individual product. When we process your order the product with the longest delivery estimate will be the official delivery estimate as we dispatch all goods together in one consignment.
If your goods are for installation on site or for a time sensitive job, please do not schedule any work or book any contractors until you have received and checked the goods. We can not be held responsible or be liable for any losses, damages, charges, compensation or expenses as a result of any delay in delivery.
How will my goods be delivered?
We will securely package your goods in our warehouse and use a reliable courier service who cater for all of our metal sizes. Please note: Pallet deliveries are a curbside service and you will need to be prepared for moving the material from the delivery vehicle. In some instances this may require a forklift and/or 2-3 person lift.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email. During the despatch period, we strongly urge you to check SPAM or JUNK folders in your email account in case our email does not reach your inbox. If you are unable to access your emails or unsure if you have received a confirmation, please call us on: 0800 520 0729.
Can I track my order?
We will soon be adding a tracking service to our delivery. Once this is up and running we will update our website to give you further instructions.
My order is due to be delivered today, what time will it arrive?
You should expect to receive your order between 8am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to give specific delivery times. Should you require a special delivery service - please ring our helpline before placing your order.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
All orders will require a signature for proof of delivery unless we have been instructed otherwise. For example 'please leave in porch' etc.
The item I have received is damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please call our helpline immediately, and DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. To conduct our investigation we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess how it has happened. Once we have confirmed responsibility for the damage we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and the damaged goods to be collected.
You have 5 working days to notify us of any issues with your delivery. We have a time sensitive claims procedure with our courier and need to complete a full in house investigation before we are able to fully solve any issues.
After 5 working days, any damaged, missing or incorrect items may not be rectified without you incurring additional costs.
Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Of course, simply add a delivery address to your address book in your account information.
