Collection Times

(Please note - these are different to our Sales Office opening hours). Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)

*Please do not arrive before your order is confirmed as ready for collection, we will not be able to provide the goods.

We are more than happy for you to collect your order from us!

Please specify at the time of placing your order that you will be collecting your goods. All customers will be notified by email when their order is ready. Expect an email between 1 to 4 working days after placing your order. Once you have received confirmation, you may then collect your item from our business address (details below).

We are located between the Nisa Foods Warehouse and the Team Sport Go Carting Premises and opposite BOC. When you arrive please go to our reception door and use the intercom to inform our sales office you're here (directions on how to do so will be obvious at location). Please wait at reception until a member of the warehouse team meets you with your paperwork to sign and goods to collect. As we operate heavy machinery and use forklifts at our premises, therefore we have a duty of care to ensure that our customers do not enter the warehouse.

Please ensure you have the right transport to take your goods away, and for heavy or awkward items, please bring an additional person/s to help lift.

Can't collect anymore? Please contact our customer services team. We will try where possible to get your order shipped out instead by our courier service. It may however be necessary to charge a delivery fee as we will need to repack your delivery to meet our courier's T's & C's.

*Please Note, orders must be collected within three weeks of the collection notification. Goods not collected may not be refundable if it has been cut/polished/powder coated etc... If you have issues and are unable to collect, please call customer services to arrange alternative options ASAP.
