Collections

We are more than happy for you to collect your order from us!

Please specify at the time of placing your order that you will be collecting your goods. All customers will be notified by email when their order is ready. Expect an email between 2 to 5 working days after placing your order. Once you have received confirmation, we are more than happy for you to collect your item from our business address. Please do not arrive before your order is confirmed as ready for collection, we will not be able to provide the goods.

When you arrive please go to our reception and use the intercom to inform our sales office you're here (directions on how to do so will be obvious at location). Please wait at reception until a member of the warehouse team meets you with your paperwork to sign and goods to collect. As we operate heavy machinery and use forklifts on our premises, we have a duty of care to ensure our customers do not enter the warehouse.

COLLECTION TIMES (Please note - these are different to our Sales Office opening hours).

Monday - Thursday (9am - 3.30pm)

Friday (9am - 2.30pm)

We regret we can not process orders during 1pm-2pm as our warehouse is closed. Please ensure you have the right transport to take your goods away. For heavy or awkward items please bring an additional person/s to help lift.
