In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver in the time stated we will give you a call to discuss alternative options.
Depending on the length of the material you order, we use Night Freight for 5m and above or TNT for everything else.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can.
Once you have received the despatched email confirmation simply click on the link within the message to check on the status of your delivery.
My order is due to be delivered today, what time will it arrive?
Unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery times. All orders can be tracked online.
You should expect to receive your order between 9am - 5.30pm.
Should you require special delivery services please ring our helpline before placing your order.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Small orders sent via Royal Mail will not require a signature.
All other orders will require a signature for proof of delivery unless we have been instructed otherwise. For example 'please leave in porch' etc.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please call our helpline immediately. We shall arrange for a replacement to be sent and the damaged goods to be collected. We shall then investigate with the courier how this has occured.
Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address? Of course, simply add a delivery address to your address book. This is located in your account information.
