I wanted to convey how impressed I was with your telephone helpline, booking and information feedback system.
I phoned this morning and spoke to Beverly, who was very helpful & efficient in checking stock & advising on order placement timescales. I placed an on-line order & I phoned back soon after. Beverly immediately confirmed receipt of order & placement instructions to your goods processing team. I then received prompt order placement confirmation by email.
Within 3 hours I received a phone call from Beverly confirming that my order was ready for collection & this too has been backed up with an e-mail confirmation.
This gives me confidence that my order will be ready for collection as advised. I shall endeavour to feedback on this aspect after satisfactory collection.
Beverly deserves credit for being proactive and making my experience so far so efficient.

| Your pricing and service are second to none but why oh why have you pushed the minimum order up to £40?
Many smaller companies use you because the £25 minimum order was just right.
